Leaving letter from Robert Ternouth

Dear Patients,

As some of you may already be aware I am sad to say I will be saying farewell to Parkhouse Dental Health in the near future. We have taken the (very short notice) decision to move back to Australia for family reasons, in part the imminent arrival of a second child.

I have truly enjoyed getting to know my patients and feel a real sense of sadness at departing and missing those relationships.

For those of you that I have not been able to tell personally, I am very sorry however as I said this has been rather a short notice decision and I did not want to say anything until all was finalised.

For those of you that I have on going treatment with, please rest assured that we have made provision in the practice for your treatment to be completed and your care going forward will be passed over to the new dentist Zahid Shaikh who will be joining Park House from 1st June 2021.

I wish to thank Anthony, the team and all my patients that have really made my time here a truly enjoyable one and one that I am sorry I am leaving. I wish you all the best happiness and health in the future.

Finally, may I say goodbye and thank you.
