The dental team at the practice encourage people to change their sugar habits.
Rather than asking people to live sugar-free, we encourage people to make small changes to their daily sugar intake in a bid to improve their health and to take better care of their teeth and gums.
We’ll be giving advice on the benefits of cutting down on sugar, how to make easy sugar swaps that you can introduce and maintain in your diet, and sharing low-sugar and sugar-free options
